Dan has been a real estate agent for 30+ years. Having represented countless buyers and sellers he understands the purchase process as much as anyone possibly can. Dan has volunteered his time to assist other agents in the preparation of  purchase applications. A number of these agents recommended that Dan start a purchase application preparation business because of his unique approach and the quality of the finished product. As a true entrepreneur Dan saw an opportunity to create a service that maximizes an agent's time especially during a period where the NYC metropolitan area real estate market is changing right before our very eyes in real time. And that is how and why Board Package Associates was conceived and came to life.

Avi is a computer scientist and invaluable part of Board Package Associates. A former AT&T SMTS specializing in artificial intelligence, Avi is our document security specialist and creator of efficiency models to streamline the application production process. 

Evan is a research specialist and editor whose primary function is reviewing every purchase application entry to ensure accuracy. We joke that Evan's job is the easiest because our document preparation is always flawless. We know accuracy is a major priority for you. It is for us too.
