payment policy

Payment is due when application is complete, not including receipt of , if applicable, loan commitment and Aztechs. We will insert the loan commitment and Aztechs at the time loan commitment and Aztechs are delivered. When an extended period of time occurs between receipt of loan commitment and, if applicable, Aztechs, and completion is described as above, we are happy to make any necessary adjustments to financial statements and any and all documents that are so affected. Invoices are delivered at time of the decribed above application completion . Please note that Zelle payments are the preferred delivery method of payment.
